What should I expect on my first visit?
As with any doctors office, there is a bit of paperwork that is required. Dr. Collum will carefully go over your situation, explain the paperwork, perform an examination, x-rays, and make recommendations for therapy. If your pain is severe, you may be referred to a medical pain specialist for medications. If you do require therapy, a schedule will be discussed with you, any paperwork or letters will be provided to you for work excuses, or benefits from your employer (FMLA). If you would like to discuss your case with an attorney, Dr. Collum can refer you to an experienced law firm who has been helping his patients for the last 15 years.
